How Would You Describe Becky's Coaching Style?
Becky is extremely observant, noticing the little things that make you tic...She is good at calling you on your bullshit, but does so in a loving and caring way. She really cares.
What are 2 things you learned from the program?
I have learned that I try to make excuses for what I don't do. I have also learned that I don't have to do anything alone. That I have to form a community in which I will learn and grow from... and who will also call me on my junk...letting others in!
What are the strengths of the program?
You must be committed to seeing her weekly, otherwise it will be easy to fall back.
You grow! You may be starting the program with one thought of what you feel that you need to work on. Through her non bias observations, she will help you get to the real root of the problem. What we usually feel is our problem, I found, is usually the outcome of the root cause of the problem.
What would you change in the program for future clients?
I wouldn't change anything. I find that the program naturally changes by what is discovered along the way. It is very flexible.
