Online Yoga Programs

Gentle Meditative Yoga-Virtually held Every Tuesday at 10a.m. EST.


 Are you stressed?  Do you have Pain/ Tension in your body? Is your mind racing?


Ease into your Tuesday with this welcoming 45-minute beginner yoga class, designed to gently awaken both body and mind. 


We begin with calming visualization, meditation, and mindful breathwork to center your energy and set a peaceful tone. From there, the class flows into gentle stretches and simple balance poses, helping to build confidence, flexibility, and stability at a comfortable pace. Elements of Qi Gong and Tai Chi are thoughtfully woven throughout, encouraging fluid movement and a deeper connection to your breath.

We close with an extended, guided resting period, allowing your body to fully relax and your mind to settle—leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored for the rest of your day. Perfect for those new to yoga or anyone seeking a slow, nurturing practice.

Men's Stress Reduction - virtually on Thursdays from 5:00-5:45 pm  EST. 


 Join us for a men’s yoga class designed to support both body and mind.

Through guided meditation you will learn how to quiet the mind and reduce stress. With intentional breath work you will improve focus, energy and resilience. Gentle stretching will help release tension, increase flexibility and support overall physical health.

Just as important, this is a space for connection. A chance to step away from daily pressures, share time with other men and build a sense of camaraderie.

Whether you are new to yoga or just looking for a reset, you are welcome here!

About Sarah Trapani

Sarah's Bio

 

Sarah has been sharing the practice of yoga since receiving her certification in 2001, bringing over two decades of experience to her teaching. In 2022, she deepened her path by earning her Grief Yoga certification, expanding her ability to support students through life’s more tender moments.

While raising her two children, Sarah taught part-time in elementary schools and led a wide variety of yoga classes, including prenatal, mom and baby, children’s yoga, chair yoga, and restorative yoga. These experiences shaped her gentle, inclusive approach and her ability to meet students exactly where they are.

Today, Sarah’s passion lies in gentle yoga and grief yoga. In both practices, she emphasizes slow, mindful movement, creating space to balance and center the body while cultivating resilience and inner strength. Her classes offer a compassionate, supportive environment for healing, renewal, and connection.

Sarah looks forward to meeting you and guiding you on your personal journey toward greater ease, strength, and well-being.

Individualized 1:1 Grief Yoga Therapy Offered

What is Individualized or 1 to 1 Yoga Instruction? It is a tailored program for you specifically!  You get your very own Yoga Coach to help you with releasing stress, building strength and increasing your mental clarity!


What is Trauma Release or Grief Yoga Therapy? It is a type of healing for people who have a history or trauma and chronic pain and anxiety.  Participants use yoga, movement, breath and sound to release the pain of grief in order to move toward greater freedom and joy in their lives. 


You and Sarah work out your 6-week schedule together.
